  2. * Attach name image as a GIF or JPEG. The file size should be less than 20kB, please note that your name spelling MUST be in the image.   (Optional)

  3. * State which website or URL you would like your HALF NANE or FULL NAME linking to.   (Optional)

  4. * State what TITLE/ALT text for your image, max. 255 characters. TITLE/ALT text appears when people hover their cursor over image.   (Optional)

  5. At least, you should state a URL you would like your HALF NANE or FULL NAME linking to.
